Andrew Wylam is the President and co-founder of Pandemic Patients, which is a 501(c)3 non-profit patient advocacy organization that works to relieve the harm caused by COVID-19 and Post-COVID Conditions. As a lawyer with an extensive background in patient advocacy and government relations, Andrew guides the organization in its engagement with policymakers and the public to provide support and services to people affected by COVID-19.

Andrew began his career in Washington D.C. as an advocacy and policy specialist in the non-profit sector. While working in the nation’s capital, Andrew focused his efforts on improving patient access to care, protecting patients’ rights, and reinforcing the government’s public health investments. He is passionate about empowering patients, elevating their voices, and working alongside them to build a more equitable health care system in the United States.

Andrew graduated with honors from Quinnipiac University School of Law’s Health Law program in 2014 and is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
